Returns and Refund Policy – Scandicliving

At Scandicliving, we want you to feel safe when shopping with us. Below you will find information about returns, refunds and your right of withdrawal.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

For a return to be approved, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In substantially unchanged condition
  • In the original packaging, where possible

Exceptions

Returns are not approved for:

  • Products that have been used or assembled
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned complete, clean and unused, preferably in its original packaging.

If the item is damaged, used or incomplete, a deduction may be made from the refund.


Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.


Complaints

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We handle complaints in accordance with Swedish consumer purchase law and offer compensation, replacement or refund where applicable.
