Terms of Service – Scandicliving

Welcome to Scandicliving. These terms of service govern your use of scandicliving.se and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.


1. General

These terms apply to all purchases and transactions made through Scandicliving.

Scandicliving is operated by Radex Group AB, which reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.

Changes apply from the time they are published on the website.


2. Products and Prices

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions are created to be as accurate as possible, but minor differences may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors relating to stock availability, product information or pricing.


3. Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, but a binding agreement is formed only when the order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as out-of-stock products, technical errors or suspected fraud.


4. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

If payment is missing or unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.


5. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Shipping cost:

  • 39 kr for orders under 499 kr
  • Free shipping for orders over 499 kr

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Scandicliving is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

The risk for the product passes to the customer when the product has been received.


6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

For a return to be approved, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In substantially unchanged condition
  • In the original packaging, where possible

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned complete, clean and unused, preferably in its original packaging. If the product is damaged, used or incomplete, a deduction may be made from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after the return has been received and approved.


7. Complaints

If a product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with Swedish consumer purchase law.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the issue, if possible

If the complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement product or a refund where applicable.


8. Personal Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used to:

  • Handle orders
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve our service

We only share information with third parties that are required to complete your order, such as shipping and payment providers.


9. Limitation of Liability

Scandicliving is not responsible for indirect damages or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances outside our control, including force majeure.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Design

belongs to Scandicliving and is protected by copyright.

Materials may not be copied or used without written permission.


11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue with our customer service.
