Delivery and Shipping Policy – Scandicliving

At Scandicliving, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below you will find information about delivery, shipping and any related fees.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on stock availability and the capacity of the shipping carrier.
During high season, campaigns or periods of high carrier demand, delivery may take slightly longer.
Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Costs
- 39 kr shipping for orders under 499 kr
- Free shipping for orders over 499 kr
The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Return Fee
For approved returns, a return fee of 49 kr may be deducted from the refund amount.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, where possible, for the return to be approved.
VAT and Customs
All prices include Swedish VAT.
For orders outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT or other fees that may be charged by the destination country.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, an administration and return fee of 199 kr may be charged to cover handling and shipping costs.
Please make sure to collect your package within the time frame stated by the carrier.
