How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on stock and the carrier. It can take a little longer in busy periods. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over 499 kr. Orders under 499 kr ship for 39 kr. You always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you. Read the full conditions in our Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method you paid with.
